Subaru Assist
Subaru Assured customers have that extra peace of mind thanks to Subaru Assist. In the unlikely event of a breakdown or accident Subaru Assist provides a collection of helpful services available for the length of your Subaru Assured warranty.
Along with unlimited service calls, Subaru Assist benefits include:
24/7 Roadside Assistance
For repair of mechanical and electrical problems so you can be up and running again in no time.
Towing and transportation
In the event of a breakdown or accident, your vehicle will be towed or transported to the nearest authorised Subaru repairer.
Key replacement
Should your vehicle keys be lost or stolen, Subaru Assist will provide a replacement.
Accommodation
If your vehicle is immobilised due to mechanical breakdown more than 100 km from home and cannot be repaired within 24 hours, accommodation will be provided for you and four passengers (to the maximum value of $150 per occurrence).
Car hire
If your vehicle is immobilised due to mechanical breakdown for more than 24 hours, the cost of car hire will be covered for up to five days while the vehicle is with an authorised repairer (to the maximum value of $90 per day, after the first 24 hours).
