Subaru Australia is offering a unique opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Auditor to take the next step in their career path.  Reporting directly to the GM Finance and Operations, you will join a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day internal audit process encompassing more than 100 retail outlets across Australia. More specifically, the role will involve conducting audits/reviews throughout our independent and internally-owned Dealer network as well as reviewing internal controls and processes across our wholesale business.

It is essential that you are an outgoing self-starter with strong communication skills and have positive hands-on approach to problem solving. Your ability to build rapport at all levels utilising your superior relationship management and influencing skills will be key to your success. You will have gained a CA/CPA qualification, posses superior report writing skills and have a proven track record of working independently in either chartered accounting or internal audit.

Subaru Assured Used Vehicle Executive

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maximising the number of used Subaru vehicles marketed through the authorised Subaru Network, the number of Retail Centres into the Subaru Assured Program and warranty income
  • Management of Used Vehicle Locator on www.subaru.com.au
  • Developing systems with the sale of Subaru Assured Warranties
  • Developing Sales & Marketing plans and initiatives
  • Vehicle sales & inventory management

The successful candidates will possess first hand experience in vehicle retail operations and have demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies. Your ability to manage multiple projects and a pro-active approach to achieving objectives, coupled with your strong communication and relationship management skills will prove extremely valuable. Tertiary qualifications in business management, commerce, economics or finance will be an advantage.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Subaru Australia is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to join our national Digital Marketing team at our Head Office in Baulkham Hills. This exciting role will leverage the capability of our recently redeveloped website and integrated CRM platform, which will provide you the tools to create the ultimate customer experience within the dynamic digital environment. More specifically, they will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing Subaru's Brand and Retail digital campaigns and identify opportunities to increase our brand awareness and exposure, drive additional unique traffic and maximise our expenditure.
  • Creating content and publishing it on our digital platforms including new model information, specific technology/model experiential sites, search optimised pages, ambassador and partnership integration and much more.
  • Manage the roll out of all digital related projects for all business units within Subaru.
  • Monitoring and improving website performance.
  • Working with our agencies to implement and manage online search strategies.
  • Manage campaign effectiveness reporting and overall website performance reporting.
  • Work with our Retail Network in developing Retail specific web presence and aligning it with Subaru's overarching strategy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the successful implementation of both online marketing campaign development and digital search optimisation. You will have excellent organisational skills, project management skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work creatively and autonomously. Previous SEO and SEM experience will be an advantage.
