We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Customer Relations Representative to join our busy Customer Relations team. As the “voice of Subaru”, you will be committed to providing world-class service to all customers each and every day. More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound customer phone calls
- Managing customer escalations from start to finish
- Directing queries to relevant departments
- Providing general technical assistance
- Responding to customer emails and letters
So to be successful in this role, you will be:
- Passionate about customer service and cars
- Committed to providing quality information and resolving issues at the first point of contact
- An excellent communicator in both written and verbal form
- Capable of going above and beyond to exceed customers expectations
- Computer literate

Executive Assistant
Subaru Australia offers a rare opportunity for a highly organised, experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Baulkham Hills team. The Executive Assistant will work with our Managing Director and General Manager of Finance & Operations, and the key responsibilities will include:
- Management of diaries, email and travel arrangements
- Precise coordination, preparation and execution of Executive, Board and other meetings as required
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly reporting is delivered on time and to the highest standard
- Professional presentations using your outstanding Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Precise minute taking and timely distribution, and
- Detailed coordination of domestic and international travel, accommodation and itineraries
You will have:
- A holistic customer centric attitude
- Outstanding written, communication and organisation skills
- A high level of proficiency with MS Office Suite
- The ability to meet tight deadlines
- Previous senior EA experience, and
- An ability to work autonomously
